Pre-dinner drinks in the bar allow you to enjoy your favourite beverage or sample our wine after which you can be shown to your table by our friendly staff. We encourage our guests to linger and we are proud that our restaurant allows you to relax and enjoy the fine food and wine we offer. The open fire and modern comfortable environment combine especially well with the fine food and wines.

Brinkley Resort is a trusted choice for leading New Zealand businesses. Our versatile conference centre caters for groups from 10 to 200 delegates, offering modern facilities, tailored catering, and a backdrop of stunning alpine scenery.
Our conference facility is designed to achieve results supporting up to 80 guests boardroom style, 100 guests theatre style, or 150 guests cocktail style. Our centre can be or subdivided into three separate rooms with the use of sound proof partitions.

Brinkley Resort is a fantastic place to stay, centrally located and perfect for exploring the area. The owners are absolutely lovely, warm, and welcoming, which really adds to the experience. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient getaway when heading up to Mt Hutt.

A Slice of Heaven with a stunning view of the mountains from our lounge room and balcony. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The laundry is well equipped with washing machine and dryer.
The resort is a short walk to the quaint town centre. You won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I loved our stay at the resort. The rooms were clean and perfect for our stay with a kitchenette so we could make our lunch to take up the ski field. We loved using the spa pools in the evening which were never too busy to get a turn in. We even watched the rugby from one, one evening – as we could see into the bar from our spa pool. would highly recommend and will stay here again.
